After 11 days of wait, the happy call pan, arrived. My wife is not supportive of the deeper pan that I upgraded from the Gmarket purchase, $12 extra. Anyway, that aside, after today’s lunch, she probably will change her mind about the extra $12 bucks I paid.  Today, I cooked 4 dishes using the happy call pan.

2. Pan Fried Saba Fish – Didn’t take pics but everyone who ate said it to be nice and juicy. Seasoning used, pepper + soy sauce.
