The damm tulan cab driver

Yesterday, whilst on a cab back to the dreaded domain. i bumped into this very angst cab driver.

Well, our conversation started when I told him not to take the tunnel into orchard road. where i was headed was near oxley road…near you know who residence…a certain senile man of eighty three..

So, he started raving about the cost of living in sg and how helpless we are against the pap gahmen! He said this:” Comprain got use meh? Everyone at the coffee shop also compraining about the GST Hike and the ministerial  pay hike…we, taxi drivers in 12 years only got 10 cent hike for the starting fare!” Not to mention the cab company increases rental…and he started telling me that cabbies have no AWS, no bonus….driving me to make ends meet…etc.

All around me, I see people who are obviously upset with the gahmen policies but yet election after election..they return to power…only take back what they given as sweeteners prior to the election… Remember what old Lau  said at one election rally, give you a chicken drumstick but will take back a whole chicken. I see this coming very true.

Sadly, I doubt I will get to exercise my vote..cos there are so many walk overs…that the tulan cabby also agreed. The total cost of the ride $5 bucks …the lessons…priceless!

One of the easiest tank to shoot and photoshop. Thanks to the nicely laid background plants. It is abit regular if you ask me..

This setup is nice…personally I think so.

The Eunuch’s Leaving?

All signs are in place…he’s leaving..at last ..there’s light at the end of the tunnel! But here comes general sung…not exactly a Mr Nice guy to work with but 1001% better than that eunuch…

Eunuch has found himself a new posting within the huge palace…flying fucking around|God know how his nephew will cope with General sung’s leadership.

Talk about leadership, The australian old man need to understand, without clear objectives and clear deliverables how does one show leadership, surely you need to tell the general you want the enemy position annihilated. That’s an objective, right..so the general will have to show his leadership and deliver that objective… you don’t be like the eunuch who leave his post for overseas trip//mysterious disappearance and expect someone to lead the huge palace matters…matters that are close to the eunuch’s heart!

Oh well, what the fuck does he knows anyway?

The runner up..

What a post right… Much thoughts went thru my head of late and someone sort of reminded me how sore Liverpool must be feeling right now, not that I am a fan of theirs but I could empathize how they must have felt…1st runner up = 1st loser… Having come this far and though they had a glimmer of hope when they scored at the 89 minutes to bring the scoreline to 2-1 and then what…the final whistle… I think deep inside everyone at Liverpool must be E$@#$@#%^$&*(KNN for short)

I felt …why they must be the sorest of them all…cos they are so close yet so damm far way…I know it felt…I been there and had experience it myself by 2 companies…

My conclusion: 2nd best if not good enough! 2nd best = 1st loser!

Had liverpool didn’t want so much for the European golry..perhaps, they would have done better in the premier league…and perhaps, the devils would have been beaten by them home and away, perhaps the trophy stays at Stamford Bridge, perhaps perhaps…

The bottomline is truth hurts, truth sucks…knowing how to pick oneself up and start walking..is the greatest courage of them all.

my new phone…

the nokia e65…

I had decided to opt out for the iPhone..Undoubtedly cool..but there are two things I cannot accept about it…

1. No user replaceable batteries. Haven’t apple learnt? The 1st to the 3rd gen of the Ipod batteries totally sucks. I am the sort that listens to music, take photos, etc.

2. The form factor is a suspect. I knew this when I held Roy’s HP…3.5 inch

I guess I will wait for gen 2 or gen 3 for the iphone. In the meantime, the E65 will do. Nice phone with wlan…but could certainly do better in terms of the following…

1. Lack of the emoticions

2. lack of a stereo headset ..as least not properly documented.

I can’t complained much i guess since this is a business phone. Wlan rocks!

Chance meeting with the evil couple *lol*

Yup, I bumped into them…no surprises actually, cos I go there for breakfast most of the time….

Mmmmh…did I feel anything? No, I did not. Any sense of hatred? Not at all. My mom should have seen her but she chose not to see her and for myself, honestly, I caught a glimpse of them and felt a great sense of evilness..and mind you..it was head on..

Sometimes, if someone like to eat chicken ass…it just means they like to eat chicken ass…simple as that…The excuse of telling yourself maybe cooking in a different way will change a person’s liking of a dish…no, it doesn’t work like that.
Anyhow, gauging myself at how comfortable I am when talking about that evil pair..I think it is very neutral now…as if I will bother any longer..you are not worth my time.

My ginger is! my ginger is someone whom I will give my arms and legs for…no question asked…I know it is the same with her too.
